Price for one room for one night. Price includes all taxes. Breakfast is not included, breakfast price 20 PLN /per person/per day. We reserve the right to change prices. Rates for groups are calculated individually.

Regulations

1. The reception is open 24 hours.
2. You have to check in after 2PM and check out before 10AM on the next day. It is possible to check-in earlier, after contacting the reception.
3. The check-in is available from 2PM to 10PM. Later check-in is available only after contacting the Hostel’s receptionist.
4. Breakfast is served from 7AM to 09:30AM.
5. The quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM.
6. The hostel is under video surveillance and it’s guarded 24 hours.
7. All Guests are required to show the staff a valid ID card, passport or other valid proof of their identity and settle all payments at check-in. Any person without a valid ID will not be accepted at the hostel.
8. Guests are charged for the entire reservation on arrival (in advance). The price includes all taxes. Prices can also be changed during both cultural and sport events in Krakow.
9. The hostel will refuse to accept a guest who broke the regulations of staying at the hostel or disrupted the functioning of the hostel during a previous stay. The hostel reserves a right to refuse to accept a Guest who is drunk or under any psychoactive substance’s influence.
10. Hostel reserves the right to send for proper security services (Police etc.) in emergency situations, such as: aggression towards the receptionists or other guests, consuming any psychoactive substances, disturbing the quiet hours or throwing rubbish or other things out of the windows onto the streets or the Hostel’s surroundings.
11. Guest, who may disturb the comfort or safety of other Guests, will be asked to leave the hostel. In this case, the payment for the stay will not be returned.
12. It is possible to receive an invoice after informing the receptionist on arrival.
13. You should leave the key to the room at the reception before leaving the hostel.
14. The presence of unregistered people at the hostel is strictly forbidden. The visitors are allowed to stay only with the receptionist’s knowledge and permission, though no longer than until 10PM.
15. We accept pets at the hostel with extra charge, after informing about this fact the reception.
16. The hostel Guests are responsible for any damage to the hostel’s equipment caused by them or their Guests and will be charged for the caused damages.
17. Personal belongings left by Guests at the hostel are stored for a period of 20 days, after which they are given to the Lost & Found office or utilized. Groceries/meal products are stored for 24 hours then utilized.
18. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all areas of the hostel. The penalty for smoking is 300 PLN.
19. For room key lost, Hostel will charge Guest with 50 PLN penalty fee.  
20. The Hostel takes no responsibility for valuable and personal belongings left either in the hostel’s luggage room or in any of the rooms. Hostel takes no responsibility for Guest cars parked at parking area of the Hostel.
21. We kindly ask you to inform receptionist about any damages immediately.
22. The hostel does not return the advance payment.
23. Checking-in means accepting the above regulations.
